2. Information Collected Automatically (Non-Personal Information)

While we do not collect Personal Information, the App or the underlying operating system may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information for essential operational purposes, such as:

• Device Type and Operating System Version: To ensure compatibility and optimize performance.

• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash logs may be generated by the operating system if the App malfunctions, helping us identify and fix bugs. This data is aggregated and does not contain personal information.

• Basic Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about gameplay events (e.g., levels completed, features used) solely to understand how the App is used and to improve the user experience. This data cannot be linked back to an individual user.

While we do not collect Personal Information, we implement reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle (which is minimal and non-personal) to help protect it from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are designed for a general audience and is not directed specifically towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us immediately at Luke@bored-games.org. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
